I was a good girl all my life - good grades, good, stable job, good stable husband - until I'd checked all the boxes at 35 and realized I wasn't happy like they'd promised. Then I started digging...
As a chemical engineer who called her mother crying on her first day on the job, for a long time I felt as if that part of my life was wasted.
Now I know that my scientific mind is a vital part of my work with others. It just needed to be balanced with my now equally developed intuitive, mystical body. And when I discovered transformational coaching, I knew that helping other people was my calling. It took me about 7 years to get up the courage to leave my corporate job behind, and I've never looked back.
I've spent the last 20 years in the human potential space - personal development coaching, somatic healing and facilitation, the Toltec path of spirituality & magic, shamanic healing, embodiment and sacred intimacy, the Gene Keys and Human Design wisdom stream, and the Emotional Resolution body of work of nervous system restoration.
I am currently on hiatus from my coaching business as I came home to Tulsa as caregiver for my mother. This has opened up a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for me to heal my original wounds as well as my lineage, so I am focusing on that. Oh, and writing my second book about this experience.
I am still answering emails, so feel free to reach out!
Take care!
Each of us is a snowflake, an absolutely unique expression of the totality - a never-before-seen opportunity to contribute like no one else can.
Within each of us lies a compass, capable of guiding us in every moment. Until we are internally vs externally referenced, we cannot step into our creative power to make our unique contribution.
One of the best ways to learn is to experiment! You can't fail an experiment - you only gather data and either prove or disprove your hypothesis. This is the way, I believe, to learn to follow your inner authority and step into creative power.
None of this matters without asking, "Is this sustainable?" We must consider both the intended and unintended consequences of our creations.
